z kwestia wlasnosci jest roznie... czesc jest prywatna, ale wlasciciel ma palacyk gdzies, ziemie kupil jako lokate kapitalu i przepadl bez wiesci..
sa prywatne palacyki ktore najpierw ogradzaja wysokim murem, zasiekami, spuszczaja psy i remontuja, na wlasne rezydencje, na hotele.. tych zwykle nie fotografuje.. bo istnieja, nie niszczeja ale dla ogolu przestaja istniec (w wielu miejscach sie dowiedzialam ze wlasciciel nie wyraza zgody na robienie zdjec obiektu, i mam spadac -straszac psem, policja czy nawet dubeltowka..- takie wiec omijam szerokim lukiem..
sa takie gdzie wlasciciel kupuje za bezcen od kumpla a potem robi wszytsko zeby palacyk przestal istniec, podpala jak pisal browar czy rozbiera po kawalku... a potem grodzi i stawia tam nowy dom.. i ma spokoj z konserwatorem zabytkow..

i malo ktory spotyka los chobieni- gdzie gmina wyremontowala dach i nikt nie broni wstepu w poblize obiektu, czy kamienia sl. gdzie zrobili sanatorium i kazdy moze obejrzec, obejsc, obfotografowac czy nawet skorzystac z noclegow czy restauracji. Gdzie uratowano je przed zniszczeniem, jednoczesnie zapewniajac kazdemu chetnemu dostep do zabytku i mozliwosc aby cieszyc nim oczy
W sumie to "przed wojną", te (i inne) pałacyki również nie były dostępne dla "ogółu" - własność prywatna...Cytat:
