No, there is no possibilty to cross the border by Wolosate-Lubnia. You should go from Slovakia to Polansd by tresspass Przelęcz Lupkowska by train and from there by bus to Wolosate. From Lupkowska Przelecz you can go by train to Zagórz/Sanok cities. Here you have buses to Rzeszów and Przemysl.
But if you'd like to go to Ukraine the shortest way there is one border pass in Bieszczady Mountains only: Krościenko-you can go through by foot, by bus or train-you should choose.
This pass is nearby Ustrzyki Dolne *****ge and you should go there by bus or train from Sanok/Zagórz cities which comes twice a day.
